Motorcade Club Shield

Any one have a pair of the old Motorcade Club Decal Shields? I need the old style to cover up where some one Jackhammered the one's off our Coach.
More than willing to pay handling and postage.

If you can find a good photo, it can be duplicated by a good sign shop,
