All Foretravel systems are factory filled with Dexron Automatic Transmission fluid.

You can check if your fluid is red, if it is then dexron is what it has in it. If clear colored then has hwh fluid in it. The only difference is the red dye in the fluid, but if it has the clear it is the best to stay with the clear as there are lines that are inside the coach and if they should spring a leak they could stain the carpet or upholstery if the red fluid is used

Now you got me wondering where my slide pump reservoir is in my 2001 U320 single slide. Sounds like I need to know where it is and to check the fluid level on occasion.

Be sure to check the link as to where the slide is supposed to be when you check it.  I was surprised to learn that my 2002 needs to be checked while extended, but some other years need to be checked while retracted.

Hi Jon,

For my 2002 U320 with single slide, the pump and reservoir are suspended from the ceiling of the driver's side first bay, behind the front wheel.

Found the reservoir in main storage bay on rear bulkhead. Fluid level is fine (Dextron III). Check with slide retracted.
Thanks to all for the info and help.
