no volts at the kitchen fan
Hmmph. We're at the time of year when ventilation is needed and the kitchen fan doesn't work. No volts at the supply wires. Looking at the fuse panel I see that this fan and the water heater are on the same circuit and everything about the waterheater still works. Does anyone know where the lead from the fuse panel splits off, one going to the heater and the other (not) going to the fan? Thanks!
Um, nevermind. It works now. No idea why. I unplugged from shore power and it started right up. Plugged back in, and the fan is still running. At least I got rid of the butt joint connectors on the power leads that I put there when I installed this Fantastic fan, and soldered-n-shrinktubed 'em instead.
