DC lead pair goes to batteries??

I know they connect to the (start) batteries because of the eye terminals. From there I'm at a loss as to what they power.
I was under the differential changing fluid and looking for leaks, noticed this pair hanging down.

Any idea where they go??

Could be some extra disconnected wires someone added for their toad?  Maybe power to a motorcycle lift?  Small gauge maybe a small trickle charger that might have been on the bed platform?

Things usually wired by Foretravel are secured and in split loom covers.  Sloppy loose things might be someone's retro fitting to almost anything.
