Electrical Panel Split

Help ^.^d

Pouring down rain 33 degrees, waiting on deep freeze tonight

Everything working fine on 50a then off
Incoming volt meter reads green and 115V

All sub panel circuits - not working: kit, micro, front tv, external plugs
Are there 2 legs to ATS? Is there a way to reset?
Could the pole have one leg out? There are other spaces here at the landing point

STEPS TAKEN
Turned off at pole then on
Turned all breakers off then on
Switched off and on main inside breaker
Started generator checked circuits turned off

TALKED TO RV DOCTOR-MY DAD! 35 YEARS RVING

Son, did you reset the inverter breaker? Nope..

Be sure to check the GFI breaker. Ours is near the bathroom sink. It sounds more like a transfer switch or supply issue, but the GFI is one more easy check that was not on your list.

Yes, one side of the shore power could be out. Check with a voltmeter. We use a circuit protector at the shore power hookup. It will drop all power if one let goes down. Behavior of transfer switches to power on one side of 50A would depend on how they are wired.
