Engine mount air compressor belt on 5.9B (94U225)

Do i need to remove the Radiator to be able to replace the air compressor belt? Or do i just remove tensioner wheel (seen in the picture) and then route the belt around the engine fan to remove and  back in the new one to install?

No, to replace the A/C (not air compressor) belt, merely ease the belt idler pulley and work it over the fan blades.

And, carefully check the fan blades-- notice the small chunk out of the blade that is visible (upper part of picture).

Yes those chunks were inflicted before we installed new engine mounts; now it turns without hitting anything.

Yes, the closest pulley to the  camera is the tensioner for the A/C belt.

Brett,
While I am at it ... Does the radiator need to come out to replace the Engine belt on 94/U225? My alternator ... I think the alternator is somewhat weak. I did all the test i can think of and confirmed from on line articles. I get 13.5-13.7 produced right on the alternator (voltmeter attached to alternator) When I test it on the engine battery (which is not so good I am getting a optima deep cycle this week) while the engine running I get 12.5-13.5. When I test the house battery while engine running I get 13.5-13.7  (On my Dodge truck i get 14-14,5)
Current Alternator is 160amp original. I should be able to upgrade to 200+ alternator without any issues correct. I believe the RV is already build with appropriate gauge cables to handle probably up to 300 amp, what do you think?
Do you think I should be able to change the belt and the alternator without removing the radiator or I should take it in to get it done? I have replaced alternators in my personal car before .. I can take out a engine and put it back in (if my father is standing around :-) he can not help much anymore     Just giving you an idea to my capabilities for your advise considerations.

What let to this is that previous Friday while we were doing work on the RV muffler, we let batteries almost depleted. Then it sat for 4 days. I started and drove it for about 50 mil. Then it sat for 4 more days, It started no problem run for 7-10 min moved it for 50 feet shut it off about 2 hours later when got in to get going it would not start but when we jumped it it started right a way but head lights and dash lights were weak. I started the Generator, lights came on bright. Drove it about 30 mil with Gen running. Attached it to shore power for about 24 hours. After shore power charged the batteries for 24 hours i performed the testing. Then drove it for about 30 mil with 3 start and stops, then let it sit for an hour, started it again and drove it for 7 mil to its garage. Now I am going to let it sit for about 48-55 hours and go test the batteries again I am sure the engine batteries will be not good.

Also when i had to use the Gen the other night the dash alternator gauge at one point was down to 9-10v. Yesterday while driving around it was 12,5-13.

And I just got told that the U225 used a metal fan, and I didn't need to worry about that happening.
