Kudos to Keystone RV

Well, I had am issue with my Aquahot and I tried for a number of hours to fix it. I just could not get the back bolt on.  I called keystone today at 10 am this morning and the guy said can you be here by 1pm I said sure.  They pulled the burner and checked it out and reinstalled it. The tech shared with me he used a floor jack and removed the stops on the Joey bed and extended it a few more inches and that gave him the Room he needed.  Another set of eye looking at the same problem. He said he figured it out on another FT that was in there last week.

Hey. it's wonderful to hear something nice about this place, There have been so many negative posts that I have been leary of any association and I pass there at least twice a year. Thanks.
No RV! Have hung up the keys.

I too have heard them and they did some work for me a while ago and I had three good and one bad experience.  But the fixed a friends toilet and did a couple other repairs for others. They have a huge number of trailers too.
