HWH Control Box

Received my control box back from HWH today. The charge was only $60 including shipping. The coach would go into travel mode but there wasn't any other activity on the dash panel. No manual raising or lowering. Put the box back in and it's good as new. I didn't get any explanation of what they did but I see that they replaced one chip so I guess that was the problem.

Just another instance of why HWH is such a great company.  Glad it is fixed at such a reasonable cost!!

My experience a couple of years ago was similar. They found a bad connection. They also put a new face on the keypad.

Thanks jor for HWH service info.
We are having the same problem, travel but no leveling. (See my post May 3, HWH/Leveling system problem).
We are still 660 miles from home and should be there Thr afternoon.
Lets hope the computer holds together till then. Next week we'll be talking to HWH.
