GOOD EXPERIENCE AT OLD TOWN MC

My hat off to Lance and his crew. Took coach into OTMC 1 week ago to replace 6 house batteries and repair generator that had fault 14 code and high voltage.
The battery bay was totally cleaned and metal bracing etc was completely repainted and cables cleaned and treated.
Ended up replacing controller board in generator. They had problem pinning down exact problem so had a week. Charged me same cost as Onan charged them and provided me copy of Onan receipt.
Kept in contact with me daily.
The feather in the hat was Lance delivered the coach back to our residence about 100 miles away at no charge. To me that is exceptional service.
All is working well and certainly no complaints. Will use them again when needed as it seems they know what they are doing or can get the answers. Totally satisfied.
