Hall florescent light relay?

I am installing LED strips in the hallway (pantry) lamp.  There is no power with the switch on.  Everything else in the coach works.  I seem to remember something about a relay.  Before I take things apart is there one?  Is it behind the small electrical panel accessed from the hutch or behind the fixture?

Thanks,

Keith,

The latching relay is for the fixture by the kitchen sink.  The hall light is direct to the on/off switch.

Thanks, Rudy.

I now have the LEDs in the fixture.  Turns out a resistor had overheated and melted it's solder from the circuit board.  That's why it was not working.  No circuit board and everything is fine.
