sheppard Pitman Arm puller rental

I would Like to rent a Putnam arm puller for the Sheppard 100 steering box.
I hate to buy a $300 tool I will probably only use once.
Any leads on who might rent this tool?

I wonder if a local truck shop would have that tool and work something out with you?
