Re: Replacing Clearance/Marker lights

I replaced the front clearance lights about a year ago with LED assemblies from NAPA. Sorry - I did not keep the LED PN. I used the PN on the old lamp and got the LED replacement from the web then called NAPA for price and availability. I think I paid about $18.00 each. 2 screws, on on each side hold the marker light in place. We had a little bit of sealant on the end of the bulb that went through through the front end cap. I spliced the new wires on to the old using red crimp butt electrical connectors. Once the new marker light was in place, fit perfectly, I fastened the two new screws in place and then put a bead of clear silicone between the new marker light and the recess in the end cap to keep water out. The whole process took about 30 mins for all five. I also put a glob of silicone sealant behind the new light assembly to cover the hole through the end cap. Good luck. It was an easy repair/upgrade.
