the bottom line is yes (did that once when owning our 225) but it can be dangerous unless you back this method up with a hyd jack under that axle.

We had to raise the 88 to do that, make sure you block at least 2 remaining tires, dont ask me how I know :-X

How would I go about doing that to check/replace brakes on all corners? I have only used the auto-level feature. thanx again!

I miss understood :-(  Thought this was a emergency issue.

For regular maintenance,  as John suggested a properly supported hydraulic jack and safety stands with blocking would best serve you.

Dont think I would want to jack it up with the system like that. You could with manual control.

I have jack stands, I just want to get it up one axle at a time to inspect brakes. I have had it up in a sloped parking lot (attached pic) but can I get it that way on a level surface?, and are the jacks strong enough to lift the rear off of the ground? thx again

Using the manual up and down controls once the jacks have kicked down and are vertical you can lower say both front ones and lift clear of ground. I would not do each corner individually as you DO NOT want to twist the front end. Jacks are rated at around 6000lbs each ( on my old 93 225 with Oshkosh chassis) so not a problem. just use the stands or a seperate jack for safety.

make sure you block at least 2 remaining tires,

Yes - be sure to do this!  I recall someone on the forum mentioning they raised one end of the coach, effectively defeating the parking brake.

I don't have a picture, but I picked up an air over hydraulic 20 ton jack for mine.  Got it at Harbor Freight, not expensive I think $50.  Basically you place the jack and put you tire inflation hose from your on board compressor to the jack and Voila! the coach jumps off the ground!  It works really well, and no effort.  Not very large and weigh about 15 lbs.

I like that idea if it was $50 I would buy it. but $125 is too much to just sit around link>  20 ton Air Hydraulic Bottle Jack

Do not lift just one corner with any Jack, use the HWH jacks (both) to raise the front and surely I did not have to mention using wheel blocks at the front tyres when doing the rears. This also should only be done on level ground.
What I also suggest is lowering the front jacks so they just touch the ground then go about 1/2" lower with them to put a bit of pressure against the ground so when you raise the rear ones you do have some amount of brake with the ground, but do not rely just on that, put those chocs either side of both tyres.
This is all just common sense.

Watch Harbor Freight, they put the air over hydraulic jack on sale for half price from time to time.  That is when I bought mine.
