HWH problems

We are out of here tomorrow heading to HWH for a Tue morning appointment.
Have been in phone chat with Randy at HWH for the last 3-4 weeks trying to figure out what is wrong with our levering system. Problems started last Nov with a intermittent right front travel solenoid. Problems fixed (?) at Alliance RV in Wildwood, Fl. Then more leveling problems started up in April on the way home from Florida. Always had travel mode.

Sent the control box to HWH in July, but problems were still there.

To add to our problems, the Aquahot is blowing smoke when I fired it up today. Will address that latter.

Just when you think that your plate is full, we came home Monday from DC (where our daughter lives) to find that our house/island has been hit with a 75 mph wind and knocked out the power for 6 days and 15-20 trees on our property.
A real mess around here.

Abort trip... couldn't get bus out of the driveway.It was doing all kinds of weird stuff. It wouldn't go to travel mode. One minute the raise button would dump the air and next it would raise the couch. The dump button would do just the  opposite.  It would toggle back and forth between 'level system' and "travel" and then quickly switch again. Also would dump air out of the rear level solenoids. Did a few more weird things also.

Will try to get a hold of Randy at HWH and see if he has any other suggestions.

May end up sending all of the parts back to HWH instead of driving there.
This has been a leveling system from hell since last Nov when we were trying to leave also.

Should you ever make it to HWH don't let the outside appearance fool you. While the place doesn't look crisp the service and employees are priceless. Got five small leaks found and fixed as well as inspection of compressor and air bags for $144.00. Great walk-thru explaining what they were doing and why. Non-HWH leaks were marked and will have them check out of fix them myself if they are where I can get under the coach.

Dick & Sue, it sounds like you definitely need a visit to HWH. As Larry says, outside appearances aren't much, but it is a working factory. The people are great and they do have 50A hookups. No water or sewer, but you are free to use the facilities in the plant. They had to make two parts for our coach, which took care of some of our leak problems. The HWH system is now working properly, and as Larry said, they marked all of the other air leaks.

I will also give high praises for HWH. We stopped there to have one bladder replaced on the rear slide out of our coach. While we were there, they inspected all the other bladders and suspension bags. What surprised us that they requested the coach for an additional two days to replace a bladder that was recently installed by the Foretravel Plant. They did not like the install and wanted to redo the install with a new bladder, no charge. If my daughter who now owns the coach has any more issues with a bladder, I am sure to go back to HWH. They are great.
