Nimbus and Phenix

The thread about the IH-45 coaches for sale reminded me of something I saw in the Motorcader. If I read it correctly, Foretravel is building a few IH-45 coaches on spec, but Nimbus and Phenix coaches are built only to order. I wonder why.

Greg said it at GV in a nice way. If they have to rework am IH new spec coach to customer desired to sell it there is enough profit in it to modify a brand new coach to get it sold and still make money. Doesn't work at Nimbus and Phoenix price points.
