Scissor bed removal???

Has any one removed their scissor bed from their coach?  If so - How did you do it?  Ours has arms.

Open it (bottom section) part way.  On each side (as I recall-- been a couple of years) there are two bolts that need to be removed to separate the sections.  From there it is pretty easy.  I would use white out or tape with numbers to identify which arm goes with which arm-- so you can reinstall the bolts in the original position.

Brett's advice about marking the parts is spot on especially it it will be apart for awhile. I think there 3 5/16 (1/2" wrench size). If memory serves me take the back ones out leave one on each side finger tite and tilt the whole assembly up the remove the bolts. You need some long arms to reach the back bolts
