How do you pop out the alum heat sink in our lights

I was just looking at the halogen lights and wondered how you pop out the heat sink in the lights. I figured out the credit card trick with thanks to Fran Ellwood.

Hi John,

Remove the bulb and then take a flat bladed screwdriver and insert it up between the reflector and the housing next to one of the two tabs  and twist the screwdriver. The reflective heat sink should pop right out.

Be sure to catch the sink in your hand, they are sort of heavy for as small as they are, and could chip the countertops.
