Not knoxville exactly but Anchor Down is the best place I have stayed. It is in Dandridge TN just outside at exit 412.  The old FT location and Sieverville is  exit 407.

Yes, Two Rivers, Kodak, Tennessee. Pricey, but the sites on the French Broad River are to die for. It is east of town just a few miles off I 40,
No RV! Have hung up the keys.
