1995 U300 w Cat 3176B and leaking fuel return hose

Recently discovered that the diesel return line in my coach has been slowly leaking diesel fuel over the curb side motor mount. Rubber mount is shot and looking at also replacing some, or all, of the return line. Wondering if the various cables and hoses laying in the central cable tray are banded or wire tied, in the tray, or can I disconnect and pull replacement hose thru without having to drop all the cable trays in the belly compartments.  Is there a consensus on sizing of the return line as there  are numerous posts on this subject.

BTW - The motor mount for the 3176 in my coach ( build 4774 ) appears to be a " Lord CBA33 - 1600 " series mount ( there's a small "  16 " molded into the mount.

In my 98, the cables and hoses were all zip-tied together everywhere that was even partially accessible.  This means back behind the  propane tank, inside the tray and back where the hoses exited the bays which required you to crawl up between the rear axle and bays (annoying and hard to access).

All of this is to say that it is unlikely you will just be able to pull the hoses straight through.

On my 96' U320, there are three bolted clamps that must be removed in the engine compartment and between there and the entrance to the interior cable tray in addition to the tie wraps.  Changing the fuel lines is a pain, but if you have one leaking, you might as well change both while tou are in there.  Mine are 5/8" ID, and I'm going through the change out right now---- will finish as soon as it warms up here in Houston!

In my 91 everything was loose when I replaced heater hoses.I took loose all access trays and connected new hose to old and pulled through,It would be way easier with 2 people.I did mine by myself.

Using a cable lubricant would also make it a bit easier.
