foretravel storage

When my2008 Nimbus is parked next to my house for a length of time prior to the next trip how does one set up the air system: dump all air, level it, and then how does one stop the air compressor from cycling on.

Why are you not wanting the aux compressor to come on? 

(it does so to make sure the slide bladders are inflated and may come on as needed to relevel the coach, so one doesn't normally shut it off unless there's a reason)

Firetura, depends on what I'm going to do. Sometimes I'll raise it and put my safety stands in place if I'm going to work under the coach. Sometimes I'll just level it and shut off the HWH at the touch pad and some times just lower it all the way, but have never shut off the 12volt compressor.

thanks for the information.  I just purchased the NImbus and am learning the leveling system since my last diesel did not have the bladders or the air leveling.  I appreciate the help.

I shut off my compressor all the time when I store it.  I put a switch inline to do that. I dump the air and let it sit on the stops.  The bladders stay full without a problem and no relieve lint and running goes on.  This being said I am in my garage so no harm if they do deflate far but if I am outside or have the slide extended then the 12 volt compressor is on. Also I have a residential fridge to so that removes the idea that the fridge side away from the sun.
