1997 U320 with salvage title for sale on ebay

I saw a 1997 U320 40' for sale on eBay in Alabama this morning for around $27,000 buy it now price.  Salvage title, no accident, but had storage bay flood damage.  40K miles.  Excellent deal for someone.  Just search "Foretravel" on eBay, it will pop up.
Current coach 1996 U320 40'
Previous coach, 1990 36' U280

I've seen this listing on eBay on and off for a few months now. There must be more to the picture than the listing is saying.

Lots of discussion on forum about salvage titled coaches, particularly this one  Does anyone have any info. how extensive repairing a flooded basement on a c320 .  To paraphrase Brett W. on this coach .  Run.  Run fast.  Run away.

Maybe at $15K with lots of talent and time to invest. Generator won't start because it got flooded. Have to pull the belly covering off underneath. Wonder how high the water got and for how long? Looks like it got to the headlights. Fresh water or salt? Brakes?
