Door holder replacement

My door holder has gotten weak and I was tired of having the wind slam it closed. Found this replacement on Amazon. A feature I didn't realize it has is you can adjust the holding power by tightening the screw, which closes the opening slighty.

Is that just for grand villas? Where does it install? I have never seen anything that looks like that on our door hardware...

The door holder was on the mid-door Grand Villas.  There is a white receiver on the coach wall and a 3" chrome rigid arm on the 180 degree swinging door.

The unicoach have instead a top bracket, with the folding arm, adjustment setting and the door handle release lever.

Mine works so good I have to slam it Open,and really pull to get it to release,The little booger would hold the door open in a hurricane.
