Need Generator Help in Omaha

My 10kw PowerTech Kubota genset suddenly lost coolant and shutdown due to heat. Can anyone recommend a shop/tech in the Omaha area to get me going?

Not a recommendation as I have never dealt with them but they are an authorized dealer.

FYI We had a 95 U320SE and I had a similar problem. The radiator was mounted vertically with the coolant lines at the top. If the coolant gets low or you change the coolant just filling the tank can leave an air pocket in the top section of the radiator. Water pumps don't pump air so no coolant flow. I don't remember what I did to purge the air pocket out of the radiator. Check to see if there's any kind of bleed valve on top of the radiator.
I assumed it was the water pump when my generator started shutting down due to heat so I changed the pump. The old one looked fine and it did the same thing until I figured out it had an air pocket in the radiator.

On our 2003 Foretravel mounted the radiator horizontally which eliminates that problem. Don't know when they made that change.

Per PowerTech: Remove flexible hose on top of engine. Insert water hose and run until water pours out engine side. Reconnect hose. System is now purged. Had to do this to mine in Wichita on our way back from Yellowstone. Turns out, the hose clamp had loosened, and enough water had leaked to create an air pocket. Generator shut down shortly after start-up. After purge, she ran like a top all the way home.

Mine did the same, turned out the radiator was blocked up with dust and not enough air was flowing causing the overheat and loss of coolant. Pulled the slide out, washed with high volume, low pressure washer after spraying down with purple power cleaner. Then blew the engine out with fresh water and refilled with cat ELC coolant. Havent had an issue since, it runs perfectly.
