More HWH or air leaks

Here is what I know. I have a 1989 Grandvilla Unihome. I have read through many of the posts, but I can't seem to find my problems. Though I am learning sssoooo much. I have spent about two hours trying to find the "tanks" that others have spoke of, so I may drain them. Can anyone tell me where the tanks are and the drains on my coach? Next, at approximately the back of the battery compartment(driver's side) in the middle, and at the back of the water heater compartment (passenger side) in the middle; there is an air leak. It hisses and has a sound of a pulsing low growl. Then when I plug in the on-board compressor it cycles on about every 10-15 minutes to keep the air pressure up. When I unplug the compressor it leaks and growls for about 25-30 minutes. It stops hissing and growling and seems to seal because the airbags do not deflate. Has anyone experienced this and any suggestions of what is going on? Solutions or remedies? Thanks a million in advance. I will continue to read to find a possible solution(s).

3 air tanks on my 89 grandvilla 280  located behind the battery box. Should be three cables to drain tanks just ahead of duels driver side...maybe just a weak pressure release valve or a little bit of debris caught in one of those valves.

Got to the air tanks. The cables were just stubs (will be replacing tomorrow). Emptied the tanks of water, but two out of the three are still leaking no matter how many times I purge the tanks.  Does anyone know the brand name of the purge valves, how to remove them for replacement, or a diagram of the valves. I can't seem to get a good picture or look see up inside the hole to see the size or the optimum way to remove them without creating more problems for myself. Thanks to all.

Should be able to use appropriate socket from below, might be an extension / coupler to bring the valve flush with the bottom of the coach. Use pipe thread sealant when replacing with new. Truck parts store should have these in stock.
