wireless transmitters

 Mixing products,
I bought a Garmin RV 760LMT GPS ( for our GV 240 and our other cars ) and it came with the Garmin BC20 back up  camera kit, needless to say the camera is not fantastic but I can keep an eye on my towed Jeep with it. Can anyone advise if the wireless transmitter that came with the camera can also be used with a better quality wireless camera or are they all camera specific?
Thanks for any advice,
Geoffh

The wireless transmitter we got with our Tadi rear view camera will connect to any camera that has standard video plugs.

I will say that my Tadi Bros wireless transmitter worked but going to a wired setup was about 100% improvement.

Thanks Guys for the replies,
I'm guessing that this transmitter is probably not the strongest transmitter signal due to the cost of the camera kit and Chuck you have the the Taddi Bros transmitter experience which must be a better transmitter than mine. I now know  to look for a better system.
Thanks again,

Rich,

Since you replaced your wireless setup with "hard wires", do you still have the wireless transmitter and receiver?  If so, you might offer Geoffh a deal he can't refuse on your used equipment.  I'm not sure what problem you had with the wireless, but ours has been working fine.
