Bedroom clock 24 hr reset

Power hook up at storage site tripped; ran batteries very low.  Clock under cabinet in bedroom now on 24 hour military time setting; how do I get it back to the 12 hour setting?

From IVR2 forum ...

"Power off [disconnect 12 volts, either at the clock of pull a fuse], power on and it was back to normal.I still can't determine how one would switch from 12 to 24 hrs or vice versa.

I would like to switch mine to 24H.  Didn't know it had that mode.
