Passenger recliner not working

Any ideas on troubleshooting a passenger chair in a 2000 U320 whose recliner fails to operate. All other switches work.

Suzanne, we need a little more information. Such as is the foot rest not raising or are the other controls not working as far as moving it in and out an up and down.

I had the same problem on my 95. There ares some electric connections under the seat. I simply disconnected each one and made sure when I plugged them back in that I had a good connection. I had to do this several times but it paid off. Good Luck.

I had the same issue in our 2001 U320. Called Villa and they shipped a new foot rest motor. The shaft is no longer available so you have to rework the worm gear. Works great now.
