We did but did not perform the work ourselves. We replaced our AC units and did it all together.
Works fine. Any questions about performance or operation? Sent from my IPhone

Hi, Ted,

YES!  We have and we LOVE it.  It has been one of the best common sense upgrades we've done since owning the motorhome.  Our initial thread that asked some of the same questions you probably have can be found here:

Anyone convert from 4 button thermostat to Comfort Control Center II?

@ScubaGuy  says:
Basically, it requires one 10-button thermostat, and a control board and frost sensor for each air conditioner unit.  If you are pretty savvy, you can install these yourself.  Something you may want to find are plastic stand-offs for circuit boards.  I ended up cutting some of them off with diagonal cutters, so it is handy to have replacements if that becomes necessary.  You should be able to buy them at any computer store, on on ebay.

Thanks Doug,
I am looking for the board number to change out on the old AC. Last week I replaced the rear AC with a new Brisk Air II and still have the old 620315 Penguin in the front...  The issue I am having is the the new board (3312022.000)  Dometic told me to change out on the old AC to work with the CCC II does not fit the stand offs. I called Dometic tech help today the rep told me there is no upgrade available as it is not UL approved. She even told me there is no upgrade to go from the 4 button to a 5 button... Ugg.. not wanting to argue I said thank you hung up and called back later.... a different rep told me the same thing... As it stands now I have temporally split the system with the 4 button controlling the Old AC and the new CCC II in the bathroom controlling the new AC. Both AC's and heat are working good.. I just want to get back to normal, with the CCC II in the front like normal.....

Ted,

With that setup, how low can you set the furnace thermostat?

With my new Atwood Air Commands, I cannot get the thermostat to go below 60. That's bad when i want to set it to about 45 and all of a sudden my propane tank is empty.

Any ideas out there?

Thanks,
