Removing Clearance Light Lenses

I need to replace a couple of clearance light bulbs, and plan to just do all of them with LED's, but after removing the two screws, the lenses are not coming off.  They seem to be really stuck.

Anyone know if they do just need to be pried off?  There is definitely a bunch of silicone around them, but just wondering if maybe someone also put a bunch underneath, as well.

Or would they need to be removed (and bulbs replaced) from the inside for some reason?  I would have just checked inside, up behind the upper front cabinets, but I just recently added all new insulation up there and would rather not pull all that out, if I can avoid it.

OEM on a 2003 they would have been just screwed in from the outside with a gasket for sealing.  They would leak over time and at least with our coach, when the leak was reported to FT (coach was still under the original 3/36 warranty) they siliconed them in.

We're not looking forward to pulling them off, either, to put in the LED bulbs we have....

Thanks, at least I know I should just keep trying.  Mine must have also had the silicone treatment.

In case the lenses don't come off in one piece, might you know if they can still be sourced?

Not sure about yours, but for our 1995 U320 the Truck-Lite Model 18 LEDs make excellent replacements.

Thanks, yes, that looks just like it.

I show 18300Y as the OEM clearance light for our 2003's so those 18-series should fit.  (and I'm noting info!)
