Diamond Shield vs 3M

Finished removing the 3M film originally installed on the coach.  The rep for DS said the product they started using (Nano-Fusion) around 2013 is far superior from previously used and they now warranty it for life, material and labor.  The warranty covers discoloration, air pockets, cracking and peeling.

Have not been able to speak with a 3M rep but from what I have been reading they have a new and improved film.  It looks like the warranty is for 5 years.

Would appreciate feed back from those who have had film installed in the past 4 or 5 years.  If we decide to go with DS I'll have it done at the Tampa location.  Not sure where in Florida would be a good place to take the coach if we go with 3M.  Also, if anyone had DS installed in Tampa would like to know how that experience went.

We had the 3m installed about 5 yrs ago and zero problems that are mentioned. I firmly believe if you leave it facing the sun for long periods of time it may fade etc. I make sure that ours is not that way around and try to keep it in shade.
