CoachNet

I don't post much on this site but I just wanted to share my first experience with CoachNet.  A few days ago I was in Ennis MT and realized when I unscrewed the air pressure monitor cap the valve stem was leaking air.  I called CoachNet on a Saturday and told them I was on my way to Missoula, MT and would like to have them arrange a tire shop to look at my tire.  They said no problem and they would call me back on Monday morning.  Well at 8 am on Monday sure enough CoachNet called and told me that they had arranged a tire shop to fix the tire and they would be there within the hour.  About 1 hour later the tire man showed up at my coach and 15 minutes after their arrival CoachNet called to make sure they had arrived.  After the tire was fixed I received another call from CoachNet checking if everything was fixed to my satisfaction.  I was very pleased with my first experience with CoachNet.

A bit of clarification needed for me please. You called them on Saturday and they called you back with info on MONDAY!!
Did you tell them you were not moving from there and that is why they waited as you do not mention that? Otherwise waiting 2 days is not good service in my book.

No I told them I had no problem driving the coach to Missoula and requested they provide me service in Missoula.  They were willing to send someone to Ennis MT but it was not an emergency.

I have used them on a couple different occasions.. very helpful and thorough.. Made calls back to us to make sure everything was handled.. worth the money in my book!!

Jasdip, ok that is what I was wondering, hence my comment. Yes these clubs- coach and G Sam are there when you need them, that's why we pay them.

We had a good experience with Coachnet as well. Just renewed our service, in fact. And I understand that others do a good job too - like FMCA and Good Sam.  Great peace of mind, in my opinion.

We have had Coachnet for several years and used them twice.  Very satisfied with their service.  You can use them for your personal vehicles as well.  I highly recommend them.

Just for Information. If you have Coachnet and you break down, they will either send a mobile repair service to your location or pay for a tow. They will not pay for both.  If Coachnet sends a mobile repair service, and they cannot fix your coach, Coachnet will not then pay for a tow. If you think that a mobile repair service can repair your coach, but you are not sure, and want to reserve the right to have Coachnet pay for a tow, you have to call the mobile repair service yourself.
