Need a Bright Idea

I just removed the Emerson instant hot water dispenser from our kitchen sink, and replaced it with a soap dispenser.  The hot water thingy has never worked since we got the coach (plugged up inside), so no great loss.  We can use the microwave or the stove if we need hot water.

Which leaves me with a very nice unused duplex AC outlet and a switched 12 volt power lead under the sink.  The switch for the 12 volt is right in front of the sink, along with the water pump & water heater switches.

I hate to let something go to waste, so I am trying to come up with some practical use for the 12 volt power lead.  I am soliciting ideas from the Collective, since everybody knows many heads are better than my head...

What say you!  What cool 12 volt device can I install under the sink?  :help:

Water saving hot water recirculation.  Almost as good as instant hot water.

Mine was both.  It had the switch that turned on a 12 volt element, and for the AC element you had to manually plug the cord into the outlet.

No thanks - just another thing to go wrong.  I like manual valves (as long as I still have sufficient strength to turn them...).

I've thought about a stepwell cover, but not done anything about it.  We've got our stepwell all nicely finished out in tile, and I would hate to tear it up at this point.  Anyway, I'm looking for something to mount under the kitchen sink, in the cabinet.

Do they make a 12V mini trash compactor?
Don't know, but my DW would never give up that much cabinet space.  Whatever I install will have to be small.
