Steering Column Grease Points

Greased the 270 yesterday. Forgot what an awful job that is. Anyhow, I'm looking at the Owner's Manual (page A-5) which illustrates the grease points. It shows one at the steering gear input shaft which I found. It also indicates there are three zerks on the "steering column extension. Can anyone locate these for me? I can't find them. Thanks.
