I'm not Barry, but it's called a Window Max vent. They don't make them any longer, and I need one more ! Can't find one.

They are great, have screens and sloped plastic pieces inside so water cannot get in. You can leave window open [as wide as the vent] all year round, even when moving.

Off topic maybe, sorry, blurting on the Forum: We found those vents saved us in Oregon. Crack open a couple of those dudes and open your Fantastic or a Kool O'Matic and then, behold: Air Flow. Moving a bunch of fresh air seems to be a real crowd pleaser. Let it rain. SQUIRREL?

Dave is correct, the Window Max is no longer manufactured.  MaxxAir had them in their product lineup, and when the company was sold about 2 years ago, the new owners did not want to bother with this product and dropped it from the line.

We had them on 3 windows and wanted to buy another, and was lucky last year, when we found a couple still on dealer shelves.  Now all windows have Window Max and when it rains, we can open windows to the edge of them for ventilation and even have security as window can be latched in the partial open position.

Google will find web sites still showing the product, but there are usually none available at those site, like these:
Window/Maxx Window Vent-00-455000 by MaxxAir - RV Part Accessories
Amazon.com: Maxxair 00-455000 Window/Maxx Louvered Vent: Automotive

But then again, this site shows they have them, but I doubt it.  Usually they think it can be drop shipped, and soon we all learn it is not available again.  But good luck....
Floyds RV, Window/Maxx Window Vent

Because we still want what seems to not be available,  one could call it Internet-Teasing...

BTW, Bob & Sue, you have a good eye . . .

That looks like a pretty simple device,  You already have a screen on the window, so you just need the exterior louvered panel.  A old school body shop with a louver punching machine could make up a flat louvered panel in lightweight aluminum, but would need to devise a sanitary means of affixing to the window.

OR, a top notch body shop (Xtreme?) could make up a mold, and do a run of them in fiberglass.  They could even paint to match the coach.  Would make a good project to occupy the boys when they are idle.

Oh Wait, that's right, The Xtreme employees are NEVER idle!

I wish someone would start making them again. I remember looking for them about the time they went out of production, and a few were available at very high prices. I'd love to have one or two.

Barry, I'd  already chased all of those sites, with no results. The best bet now would be finding a small RV store in Podunk that has a dusty one sitting on the shelf.

Chuck, know anyone with the punch ? That COULD work.

No, sorry, I've been out of the HotRod world for too long.  Some of the custom shops in California would still have this capability, I'm sure.
