Desiccant bowl removal

We received the new blue dessicant and mylar bags, yesterday. We have the Wilkerson X06-02-000 D. bowl. I pulled the 7.5 inline fuse, and exhausted the air from the system.  I have removed the outer metal cover but am unsure how to remove the plastic bowl. It just seems to turn.

Byron,
The desiccant canister (bowl) has an O-ring that mates with the Wilkerson X06-02-000 D housing.  Just twist, turn and simultaneously draw down on the bowl.  Depending upon how long since last removed, it may take more or less downward force on the bowl to advance it out of the housing.

What Neal said................and also to make it easier to remove next time use some Vaseline or something similar on the O-ring before replacing the bowl.

Thank you gentleman. The o-ring is what i imagined I was feeling the twisting friction from, but have visions of pink bead dispersal throughout the electronics bay as I pull it loose. I will try putting a bag around it.
