Short answer: the HWH pump (on my '93 GV) is powered off the coach (house) batteries. You can test this fact on your coach by turning your battery disconnect switch ("salesman switch" by the entry door) off and on. It should cut the power to the pump.
Long answer: if you have the wiring diagrams for your coach, look on drawing no. B-2126 (U280-U300 Automotive Wiring Diagram) On the left side of the page, see the box that says "12V HWH COMP UNDER ENTRY STEP". Follow the line over to the right side of the page, to the 7 resettable circuit breakers stacked in vertical rows. Second one down from the top in the right stack is "15A HWH COMP". Follow the power source for this breaker back through the disconnect switch to the coach batteries. This breaker panel (on our coach) is in the center storage bay, rear wall, driver side. Covered with a white fiberglass cover.
