Dash Vacuum system

Does anyone have a diagram ( color coded ) of the Grand Villa dash vacuum system?

I have leak that I cannot trace, all air coming out of defrost duct.

Bill,

How far into the diagnosis have you gotten?

With ignition on, dash HVAC system fan on, heat/floor selected:

1. Is vacuum pump running? On most outside under "nose" driver's side? If not, check 12 VDC to the pressure switch (on most on the firewall, driver's side in the nose-- open the nose "door" on driver's side). There is a breaker that supplies the switch/pump.

2. If #1 OK, trace the vacuum lines you see from pump to switch to vacuum canister-- just pinch off the lines to see if vacuum builds/no leaks.

3. If #2 OK, pinch off lines to each of the vacuum lines to/at the vacuum motors.
