Chassis bank, lithium house, and gen start.

Working circuits and trying to keep the lithium as simple as possible.  Can our 8k gen set be routinely started from the 3 optimas.  It's a long way to carry those Amps.  Lithium house can be wired in but a much more complex install.  This would also mean I lose the boost circuit except as a charging circuit.

I know I lose the backup of two banks but I have 800 on top house and 100 chassis and a second Victron battery monitor to closely watch the starter bank.

Again lithium can be done but I have seen a lot of combinations in searching the forum.

Insight much appreciated

Is there enough room in the coach battery compartment to install a separate red top to start the generator? The cables are there and I guess there are cables to the boost solenoid.

There would be two locations.  Forward of the front driver side tire compartment and the battery compartment.  The old compartment was going to be modified to change ventilation and provide insulation that is not currently required.

The generator starter does not draw that many amps...compared to the main engine.
