Adios day-nights

We decided to go clean and utilitarian with this one. Got rid of the valences and day-nights, all of which were very dirty. This setup gives one the feeling of more space. Went with white blackouts in the bedroom and will add curtains.

Dumped our valences and day/nights in 2009. DW pt in a 12 inch lace along the top of the windows and dark blue honey comb in the bed room for privacy. Folks ask what about privacy in the rest of the coach and we say keep your pants on  ;)

I have one mini-blind on my kitchen window that will bang around if I don't remember to raise it before driving.  I took some nickle plated neodymium magnets and glued them on the window frame right where the blind would contact.  I glued a matching pair (noting polarity so they would attract) on the blind.  The magnets automatically find each other when I start to drive and they easily release when raising the blind.  I like how it works automatically.  There is already enough stuff to remember before rolling.
