Hi Everyone.  We are going to be taking our 2001 U320 to a consignment lot in Texas in 2 weeks.  We are going to offer our coach at $92,500 U.S. until then as we will have to pay a commission on the lot.  Possibly saving us a trip.  We also have the coach in the classifieds section on the forum.  We are also willing to deliver the coach in the U.S. with in reason.  We offering it at a discount just because of the cost we will have on the lot, and we would like "Foree" to go to a good home.

Thank you to everyone for the input.  We are taking our coach next week down to Texas to be put on the OTM lot.  Over the phone, they have been a great group of people.  Customs was a bit more complicated so we hired a broker.  Very easy now.

One question we have, do we take out the washing machine or leave in?  Not sure if people want a used washing machine.

My answer would be to leave it in if it's in good condition. I would consider it an added value when looking at the coach.

Definitely leave the washer in the coach.  I can not imagine that a person buying a "used" coach would have  problem with a "used" washer.

You are not planning to remove couch or chairs or bed, correct?

Nope.  Everything just stays.  We were just wondering.  Way easier to leave in than haul out.  If you know of anyone looking for a 2001 U320 40' that is has spent it's life under great care, point them in OTM's direction.

If you take the washer out, then the next owners will have to use the washers at the RV park, or else a laundromat.  They are definitely "used".

Definitely leave the washer and dryer. We use ours all the time.
