Prosine monitor panel

Last week, I connected to a 30A shore outlet and noticed that my panel in the coach did not light up.  My multi meter showed voltage at the utility bay, but still nothing on the inside panel.  The next morning, everything looked normal.  The same thing happened this afternoon after re-connecting all my batteries (I had been working on the boost solenoid/isolator panel).
Does anyone know what is going on?  I've never noticed a delay before.

Back to normal.  While on the subject:  has anyone replaced the tiny trouble lights that show if there is an electrical problem. Two on each of the circuits indicate if your connections are good.  Of the four, I have one that glows solid and three that barely register (twinkle, for lack of a better word).    I took the panel off and it looked like they might be soldered in.

those lights have been replaced by quite a few members and Steve posted a good "how too" a few years back. Maybe Michelle can find it for you.
There are many of them to be found on internet and I think he used a resistor ? to make it work better.
