Air fitting in bay overhead tray?

When we ran the cables from back to front and vice versa, I found this air fitting.  Is this supposed to be here?  I thought it was an odd place to put a fitting that might need to be tested for leaks.  Air schematic is unclear to me anyway.

They are probably for the Hadley airhorns... Though they are yellow in color in our coach.
Edit: never mind, when I first read the subject line it look like you were asking about the overhead inside the coach.

Another Foretravel mystery - one of many.  Was me, I'd check it for leaks.  No leaks, button it up and move on.  But that's just me...

OR, if your curiosity won't be stilled, disconnect all 3 lines and plug them.  Fire up the coach and see what don't work.

Thanks guys.  I will test for leaks and close it up.  Make an annotation on the schematic of what is there and move on as you mention.  Not good enough yet to figure out what isn't working unless it is very obvious.

Is it in the basement bay (overhead tray in basement) near passenger front?

For the step cover slide?

Perhaps small line goes to the tire filler air hose connection, or, to your 12 volt aux air compressor?

Mystery solved thanks to Pamela and Mike.  The T is to the air Chuck.  It was an option on the 270.  Checked for leaks and tray is going back.
