One Gauge

So because im changing so much stuff on my 1991 Ford Bronco Toad, I came across a instrument panel manufacturer. Glass screens for our coached may actually be a viable option and would modernize both there look  and function. Seems every possible configuration can be made and modifications are endless. I am going to order for the Bronco and will keep in the back of my mind the coach. Will be asking them about such a project. Total cost for the Bronco will be about $1400 for about 20 inputs . What could possibly go wrong? More to follow based on a Microsoft platform.

So they have provisions for gas and diesel applications. TPMS, air pressure indication both analog and digital, accelerometer,inclinometers and the list goes on and on. Also standard up to eight controlled switches that can have a range associated with them to power up or down. Multiple  tablet or screens. Cameras with priories. Hopefully will be able to tie into our 9 pin data link enabling transmission info and all the hidden info silverleaf and bluefire show

Not sure I follow what the benefit would be over just using the iPad as your "glass dash" on your coach with the bluefire?

Exactly.  They make some pretty nice ipad/tablet flush mount receivers and one could replace all the analog gauges with a tablet front and center with data from BlueFire if a glass dash is desired.  All the hard work is done already.  A similar dash could be build with a tablet running VMSpc too.

Yes Deleat all the original information and gauges and put into a dedicated display. With all the instruments going threw the steward warner converter then to the gauges all that unattainable gauges could be deleted. I'll see how the bronco goes. Will be tying together some original Ford components with the 2008 GM ECM OBD2 and then all the independent stuff I want in addition. So far One Gauge sounds promising.

I would have been satisfied just to get the dash lights to stay on in my 85 Bronco. Good luck Scott,, your to cool for school.

Got a reply from One Gauge and they currently don't have communication ability with the programming for our coaches. They have done several coaches but would need to have duplicate sensors and additional wiring. Basically the kiss of death as far as I'm concerned for the coach. This is disappointing.

Scott, at this rate you will have more in your towed than the coach.

Kinda easier not to count all the spent play tokens. Anyway, their worth more today than they will be tomorrow. Diesel just hit 6 a gallon in our area.  It's way less than the coach. We are too frugal to buy new so the Bronco should be a good bang for our bucks. Coach too!

The Bronco will only go up in value. I have a 1960 Chevy C10 that's been sitting in the back of my yard since 1980, It was my first work truck. Now that I am selling stuff did a Google search the sucker is worth $6,000.00 as is. I traded my 65 Triumph M/C for it. Don't know who got the better deal.

Yes the bronco will be worth more. Unfortunately the play tokens will not.
