Bathroom light..how to get at it?

The bathroom light has started to flicker and I want to order another bulb or maybe convert to LEDs. How do I access the light? The wood frame seems solidly attached to the ceiling. The plastic defuser flexes some, but doesn't want to snap out.

Thanks
Bob

Take one end of wooden frame and pull down gently till it "pops" off These are held on by a clamp style latch, the fixed portion is plastic and mounted inside light fixture, the "clamp" portion is metal and mounted to wood frame of light Velcro has been used by some owners to replace the clamp style latch, but the OEM part is a generally available part
