Where is coolant filter and thermostat on ISM?

Where is the coolant filter and thermostat(s) located on the ISM?  It's dark outside and raining, and I just realized I have not noticed them on routine fluid checks.

I previously had a mechanical Cummins 8.3 and this is quite different.  Also, can I leave the coolant filter valve off and run for a few hours to circulate Barrs stop leak tabs?

Dan,
The filter and shut off valve is hid on the street side of the engine as it is mounted in the frame.  Look from underneath the coach and you should find it in the area under the turbo at the end of the cooler. 

If you look below where the upper radiator hose connects, you will see 4 bolts and a cover plate. This is the thermostat housing. If you remove the 4 bolts the thermostat housing will come off. Then you will see the thermostat.

And, be sure you get the correct coolant filter.

If using one of the new generation coolants like Shell Rotella T, you want a filter BLANK. That is it has filter media but zero SCA's.

Of the old "low silicate for diesel coolant with added SCA, you need to check the coolant concentration of SCA (1200PPM is ideal) and select the filter with the correct quantity (expressed in units) of SCA.

Thank you both for the info.  The coach is running Rotella  ELC so a no SCA filter.  I'll be solving a minor radiator seep by tightening the end caps on the radiator, then probably a 1/2 dose of Barrs.

Also considering a flush and refill with a new thermostat and filter.  5 years on the current SLC coolant.
