Our new PressurePro PULSE tire pressure monitoring system

We have been using PressurePro tire pressure monitoring systems for over 10 years.  Today we installed their latest PULSE system, which replaces their previous legacy models.  The dash monitor and the wheel sensors are different, but it still uses the previous antennas.

We find all the new features very helpful.  Like we no longer have to go out on a cold morning, remove sensors and reinstall to reset the reference/base psi.  Also display can show tire position psi or all tires on an axle psi.  And reference psi can be adjusted by axle or all tire positions at one time.

Temperature is now reported and system will alert if pressure on one position is much lower than the other tires on the same axle, even though all are considered safe.  All in all it is a nice improvement, very well implemented and cool looking graphics.  Easy to program new sensors, like for the one-time initial setup.

The PULSE system maintains one feature I like a lot, which is that tire pressures are measure every 7 seconds and reported to the monitor every 5 minutes.  This happens 24/7 rolling or parked, so as has been my habit, I can read motorhome & Jeep tire pressures any time I want.

When parked at a long term campsite, I often check daily and always before starting a trip.  Never a need to get out our tire pressure gauge any more, which over time can lose a few psi from popping gauge on and off.  We are always notified of a potential problem long before getting ready to travel.

System also has configurable data logging that can be exported to a workbook via a micro-SD memory card.  I have not looked at this feature, although it sounds interesting and may be helpful if we have a tire problem.
