Generator Radiator Coolant - Fill

Is there a proper way for filling generator radiator? I see two valves that come off the top coolant tank that were closed, not quite sure how that works, also I see the expansion tank. I will be changing out the coolant in the generator. I could not find anything in the manuals.

Thanks

Those bleed air from the high points. Be very careful. If not done right you will overheat and shutdown.
