VMSpc TM-501 USB JIB No Communication Error

Hello Fellow Foretravel Owners, I just purchased a VMSpc TM-501 USB JIB 6 Pin for our new to us 1995 U320 SE Build #4707 400HP M11 Serial 34746581. I cannot get any comms what so ever on the USB (slow steady red blinking light) Running Windows 10 on HP laptop. I can hook up Insite and Bosch Heavy duty software without any problems via the 6 Pin service Connector under the dash. I have been in touch via phone with Art at Silverleaf. I have read in the forum that I may not get a voltage reading due to the early production of the Engine. I have 13.68 Volts between pins 1 and 7,  7.69 between pins 3 and 4 on the Jib. Any expertise on the subject would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, rw

Did you load all the drivers correctly ? Mine didnt work until the drivers were installed correctly. Did your buy from Roger? or other supplier? Rogers instructions are perfect if followed correctly.

Search for the connection from Silverleaf. It will find it

RW, here is the User's Manual for the 4xx versions.

Communications setup is on page 21.  Be sure you have installed the drivers.  These should be in the CD you got from Silverleaf.  I attached them here for you.  The communications screen will tell you if you have communication or where the problem is.
