Yup, HWH level sensor.  It tells the HWH computer coach level.  Easily adjustable and easy to check with a carpenter's level.

So, if you are  "a half a bubble out of plumb" get out your screwdriver and adjust one or more of the three adjustment screws.

Be careful.  Adjust the screws in small increments.

Make sure the screws are not tightened down so far that the springs are totally compressed.  The silver disc should be "floating" on the springs - not rigidly held by the screws.  See link below:

How exactly does the digital one work, a dampend pendulum inside maybe. Cause electrons don't know if they going up or down for all practical purposes. + Or - 5.4 inches fore and aft is asking drains to run uphill sometimes. I assume these torelerances are driven by the absorption rv refrigerator, once removed better leveling would be a benefit.

Wayne said that our old one was "sloppy & sticking". The replacement one seems to be working ok.

Yes, with the original sensor, the springs should be loaded, but NOT screwed all the way down.  The design makes it very easy (using a level) to re-calibrate the HWH leveling system.

Should be obvious, but do NOT store anything near the sensor that could shift and change its orientation.  If this is in an area you want to use for storage, build a box to protect it.

Does anyone know where this HWH level is on a 2000 U320.  I do not think it is in the area behind the galley drawers.  Ken

Ken,
it should be within 4 or5 feet of the HWH computer. Placement was controlled by the length of the cable that came with the HWH kit.
