HWH Control Pad - '98 U320

I moved the coach to dump, and when I returned to our pad to re-park, the coach would not level; when the "LEVEL" button in touched, numerous lights flash / wink on-and-off rapidly. When the button is released, all activity stops. Thankfully, the Travel Light IS still coming on normally; we're not "stuck", just can't level.  Had it in FT (and later HWH) last year for another HWH symptom (left-right leveling) but this seems entirely new. Have a call into HWH but experience tells me it will be several days before I get a call-back. Hoping someone may have dealt with this and offer some ideas. Also, I see in several posts, discussion of the "HWH Re-Set Button". What and where is this, please?

Thanks!

 Chad,
Pull up the control pad and unplug and re plug in the telephone cable on the back.
Might help.

Are the fore/aft and Left/Right yellow lights alternating like there is no dead band between the opposing positions?  Do you have the mercury sensor or the electronic upgrade.  Reason I ask is mine was alternating and I repaired it by replacing the sensor.

Thanks for the replies!!

Since my initial question, I have tried to inspect and clean all the electrical connections I can find; Mercury-sensor, control-box, control-pad. Instead of the "everything flashes" I'm now getting a fairly steady red-light (rear) thou the system is still inoperative.... Excepting a green travel-light, thankfully...!

FTR: HWH Tech Support (?) advised they are currently replying to inquiries 'from June'.... I should plan on waiting about three-weeks for a call-back. Wow....

When I first got my coach, I pushed the button once and nothing happened to auto level.  After a few minutes I gave up and manually leveled my coach.  It was a couple of months later that I learned that I had to push the button twice to start the auto level mode.

You are not having the same problem I did?

Can you manually level the coach?

This may or may not help, but what I would do is open the control box and cut 12V power and then plug it back in......just sayin.

Chad,

You know you can manually level the coach, then remove the 7.5a fuse on the main board in the control box and drive many miles that way, right?

When I bought our coach in S.C. I drove 2400 mi. back to L.A. that way. The fuse had lost connection in the holder.
